WORKING IN GROUPS: ORAL EXPOSITION
The students worked in formal groups the differences between Past Simple and Past Continuous.
First, they looked for information using several sources like textbooks, grammar books, dictionaries,internet... Then, with all these materials, they started working and elaborating the project. Once the task was finished, each group explained to all the classmates the final project. They all worked hard and it was a good experience for all of them.

READING IN GROUPS ( LECTURA COOPERATIVA): THE LOST WORLD, by ARTHUR CONAN DOYLE.
Dentro del plan de Fomento de la Lectura que estamos trabajando en el Centro,los alumn@s de inglés del tercer curso de educación secundaria están metidos de lleno en la lectura programada para este curso: The Lost World..Trabajamos en grupos cooperativos una nueva técnica conocida como Cabezas Numeradas. De esta forma los alumn@s se implican mucho más en la tarea y se prestan ayuda mútua, logrando una mejor comprensión lectora, a la vez que practican la lectura en voz alta y refuerzan aspectos como entonación y pronunciación.

ROLE PLAYING
Con esta técnica los alumn@s ponen en práctica de forma divertida todas las estructuras gramaticales y vocabulario trabajados previamente en el aula.

CULTURE LESSONS
BRITISH CULTURE
El pasado viernes 2 de marzo, los alumn@s de secundaria participaron en unas sesiones culturales en las que aprendieron diversos aspectos de la cultura británica como las banderas, los símbolos nacionales, lugares típicos, gastronomía, familia real...
Estas clases fueron organizadas por el departamento de inglés en colaboración con la editorial Burlington Books, y gracias a ellas los alumn@s tuvieron la oportunidad de estar en contacto con la lengua inglesa de manera lúdica y divertida.
